This privacy policy explains what data romeinaday.tours ("the site", "we") collects from visitors, how it is used, and what your rights are. The site is an independent editorial guide; we do not sell products directly, and bookings happen on third-party platforms.

1. Server logs

The hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs including IP address, user agent, request URL, and timestamp for every page view. These are kept for up to 30 days and are used solely to monitor uptime and diagnose technical errors. We do not use them for advertising or profile-building.

2. Cookies and third-party scripts

This site embeds the GetYourGuide affiliate tracker (pa.umd.production.min.js) so that bookings made via our outbound links are attributed to our partner ID. The tracker sets first-party and third-party cookies on the getyourguide.com domain. We do not control GetYourGuide's cookie policy; see GetYourGuide's legal page for details.

We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracker on this site.

3. What we don't do

• We do not collect, store, or sell any personally identifying information.
• We do not have a sign-up form, contact form, or comments section.
• We do not send newsletters.
• We do not share visitor data with third parties (beyond the standard request log a GetYourGuide outbound click generates on their side).

4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

5. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process data from children.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. The current version is always the one published at this URL.
